Impact winter is coming to console this month too with some additions from it’s time on PC. There are a lot of good concepts in the game and there is some potential here. So far there have been some mixed responses, but mainly due to the game needing some updates.
Hopefully the developers make good on these for the main game launch this month and release a game that meets the promise of the concept.

Coming with a full story mode, horde mode and lots of smaller quests to take on, this could be a good action title to watch in April.

An interesting one here since all the reviews are in for Yakuza 6 with some really positive feedback. The game itself is going to be an epic conclusion of the story so far, with many of the Yakuza games coming out previously on PS4 for those who missed them.
Fans will be picking this one up for sure, but this could bring a few new Yakuza players to with the quality this title is bringing.
Yakuza 6: The Song of Life Information
The Dragon of Dojima will find out exactly how much people are willing to sacrifice for family – be those ties through blood or bond – when Yakuza 6: The Song of Life releases in the West.
The game is coming to consoles only on PlayStation 4, and thanks to the new “Dragon Engine,” is the most advanced Yakuza title to date.
From the unparalleled realism of the new setting of Onomichi, a beautiful, sleepy port town in Hiroshima Prefecture, to the latest evolution of Kamurocho, the biggest red light district in Tokyo, Yakuza 6 is the ultimate iteration of the series’ blend of gritty crime story, hyper-explosive combat, and all the vices and distractions those locales have to offer.

Kratos is back! And we are getting very excited here on MGL with some coverage coming up this week on the title. The question here is over how good the changes to the format of God of War works out.
Everything looks like it’s going to be great, but if it all comes together this could be one of the PlayStation 4’s best games with Uncharted 4, Persona 5 and Horizon Zero Dawn. Is this going to be one of the games of 2018? I wouldn’t be surprised at all.
God of War Information
His vengeance against the Gods of Olympus years behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the realm of Norse Gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive…And teach his son to do the same. This startling reimagining of God of War deconstructs the core elements that defined the series—satisfying combat; breathtaking scale; and a powerful narrative—and fuses them anew.
Kratos is a father again. As mentor and protector to Atreus, a son determined to earn his respect, he is forced to deal with and control the rage that has long defined him while out in a very dangerous world with his son.
From the marble and columns of ornate Olympus to the gritty forests, mountains, and caves of Pre-Viking Norse lore, this is a distinctly new realm with its own pantheon of creatures, monsters, and gods. With an added emphasis on discovery and exploration, the world will draw players in to explore every inch of God of War’s breathtakingly threatening landscape—by far the largest in the franchise.

Nintendo Labo Information

Then, add your Nintendo Switch system to bring it to life! Win a race, catch a fish, perform a song…

Not a new title but a great one is coming to the Nintendo Switch this month. Much like Hellblade, the game is already out elsewhere but gamers with a Switch can get into South Park. This RPG really is a great game, funny and really suits being able to take out with you on your commute… maybe bring headphones!
It’s already got a positive reception and I can’t imagine why that would be different on the Switch. Well worth watching.
